How do I restart or factory reset my tracker?

You may be asked to restart your tracker if you experience difficulties with connecting your tracker to LifeQ Explorer. 


To restart your tracker:

  • Activate the screen by double-tapping the side of your tracker's display unit.
  • Swipe to the Settings screen and select "OK".
  • Swipe to the Restart screen and select "OK".
  • Select the tick box.
  • Your tracker will switch off and back on.




To factory reset your tracker:


Very important: The factory reset function returns the tracker to its original state. All profile information and data will be wiped from your tracker.

  1. Activate the screen by double-tapping the side of your tracker's display unit.
  2. Swipe to the Settings screen and select "OK".
  3. Swipe to the Reset screen and select "OK".
  4. Select the tick box to confirm that you would like to reset your tracker.





Please note: Once your tracker has been reset, it can take up to 30 minutes to start up again.


You will need to add your tracker to your LifeQ Explorer profile and connect to the app in order to reconfigure it.
