Please note: Allow at least 30 minutes for the update to proceed before contacting Support.
If the update does not work, remove your tracker from your wrist and plug it into your computer using the USB charging cable provided.
- Close LifeQ Explorer on your mobile device and make sure that it is not running in the background.
- Switch the mobile device's Bluetooth off and on.
- Open LifeQ Explorer on your mobile device and try to connect the tracker.
