Your tracker is fitted with a highly sensitive accelerometer, which measures your movement and steps throughout the day. While the tracker's monitoring technology is state of the art, there are limitations due to the sensitivity of the accelerometer. As a result, certain activities such as cooking, washing dishes, driving, commuting and getting dressed may result in false steps.
Additionally, the placement of the tracker on your arm, together with the fit of the tracker and the intensity of activities performed, may further affect the accuracy of your total step count.
