Why do I have to reconnect my tracker to the app when the battery runs out?

This is completely normal. When the tracker's battery runs out, it no longer keeps track of the time or date. Therefore, once the battery has been charged, the tracker needs to be reconnected to the LifeQ Explorer app so that the time and date can be updated.
