New features:

  • When creating or changing your password, there will now be a link you can click to see which special characters are allowed.

  • We have clarified the terminology used during the tracker setup process, including differentiating between adding a tracker and connecting a tracker.

  • We have added a button to the Tracker screen that allows you to manually connect your tracker.

  • We have added a "Refresh" button on the screen with the list of found trackers.

Things we’ve made better:

  • Various technical improvements have been made.

  • The Report tab now always shows a "Software update in progress" message while a remote software update is in progress..

  • You will now receive a notification for required tracker software updates. 

  • We’ve improved the error message alerting you that your tracker has already been added to a different profile.

  • We’ve improved the error message alerting you that your Bluetooth is switched off while trying to add a tracker. 

  • When you close the error message alerting you that your tracker has already been added to a different profile, the app should return to the “Found trackers” screen. 

Things we’re still working on:

  • After a tracker software update, a message is needed to notify you that your tracker is busy restarting. 

  • Sometimes the upload progress bar gets stuck just before completing, even though all your data has been uploaded successfully. This is purely a display issue.

  • From time to time, the upload icon (cloud with animated arrow) remains displayed, even after an upload has been completed. 

  • When you open the app, the grey time/date indicator below the graph may be blank. If you swipe the time/date indicator, the time or date will appear. 

  • The app may still freeze sometimes, but this shouldn’t happen very often. To fix the problem, take the app out of memory and reopen it.

  • When you follow the “Learn more” link on one of the feature information screens and then return to the app, the feature information screen closes automatically.

  • Sometimes an upload doesn’t start automatically when you open the app. To fix the problem, take the app out of memory and reopen it.
