What is this?

Sleep quality usually refers to a person’s subjective rating of their sleep - in other words, how well they feel that they have slept. The LifeQ sleep quality solution, on the other hand, uses your recorded data to scientifically calculate an objective measure of how restorative your sleep session was, with a higher percentage indicating a better quality of sleep.

Why is it important?

The quality of your sleep directly affects many aspects of your daily functioning, including mental sharpness, productivity, emotional balance and physical vitality. What’s more, poor sleep quality can be a sign of sleep disorders like sleep apnea or insomnia, or psychiatric and medical disorders like depression, anxiety, and cardiovascular disease.
