I can't upload my data to LifeQ Explorer

Remove your tracker from your wrist and plug it into your computer using the USB charging cable provided. Ensure that your mobile device's Bluetooth and location services are switched on before trying to connect your tracker to LifeQ Explorer. 


If this does not work, please try the following:

  • Close LifeQ Explorer on your mobile device and make sure that it is not running in the background.
  • Switch your mobile device's Bluetooth off and on.
  • On your tracker, swipe to the Settings screen and tap "OK". Then swipe to the Restart screen (see image below) and tap "OK" to restart your tracker.



  • Plug the tracker into a computer using the USB charging cable provided.
  • Open LifeQ Explorer on your mobile device and try to connect the tracker to the app.


If you are still unable to connect your tracker and upload your data to LifeQ Explorer, please repeat the above five steps a few times.


After a few tries, if you are still having trouble, restart your mobile device and try the five steps again.
