In the app, tap on the "i" symbol in the bottom right corner of the screen.


This will take you to the About screen where you can see which version of the app you are currently on.




Next, compare the number of your app to the number of the latest available version (the one with the most recent date) in our Release Notes section.

If your app is outdated, please follow the respective instructions for your phone type:


iOS


  1. Find and open the TestFlight app on your iPhone.

  2. LifeQ Explorer should be available on the TestFlight app home screen.

  3. If a newer version of the app is available, a notification will be displayed on the home screen.

  4. Update and install the new version of LifeQ Explorer.


If TestFlight does not allow you to update LifeQ Explorer, please contact Support here.


Android


  1. Find and open the Google Play Store app on your phone.

  2. In Google Play Store, navigate to “My Apps” and then to LifeQ Explorer and tap on it.

  3. You should be redirected to the Google Play Store home screen where you will be notified whether an update is available or not.

  4. Update and install the new version of LifeQ Explorer.
