Please note:


Before installing the latest version of HealthSnapp, you will need to: 

  • Upload your data to HealthSnapp.
  • Remove the tracker from HealthSnapp.
  • Factory reset the tracker.
  • Uninstall the current HealthSnapp.
  • Open TestFlight and install the latest version of the app.
  • Login and sync the tracker to your profile.


New features:

  • You can now view your tracker’s software version on the Tracker screen.
  • The "Help" and "Learn more" buttons now link to our new Help Site on Freshdesk.
  • The VO2 submax test now features your preferred measuring system (metric or imperial).
  • All the "Get help" and "Learn more" buttons now link to our new Help Site on Freshdesk. 

 

Things we've made better:

  • We have made small improvements to our interface.
  • The issue with graphs not displaying while the app is running in the background has been fixed.
  • If you have selected the imperial measuring system, your profile will remain on this measuring system, even after you leave the Profile screen.
  • You will experience no more errors when updating your first and last name.

Things we're still working on:

  • The measuring units on the VO2 submax info screen are separated by commas instead of full stops.
  • The notifications reminding you to upload your data every 24 hours are unreliable.  
  • We are aware of some issues with remote software updates.
  • Some trackers may reset during an upload, after which it will reconnect to the app and the upload will continue.
  • The photo verification feature is not working yet.
  • Changing your date of birth to an unlikely date causes the app to crash.
  • Once you have entered the Selfie screen, there is no way to exit it without taking an acceptable photo.
  • When selecting a specific graph in the filter, the graph is not displayed.
  • While creating a profile, you may notice that the Imperial and Metric buttons seem to have different background colors.
  • During profile creation, the instruction to "Please choose a measuring system" is in black, which makes it quite difficult to see on the dark background.
