What is it?

Your fitness level is a measure of your cardiorespiratory fitness in comparison to others in your gender and age group over a set period of time, with a higher percentage indicating a higher level of fitness. You can expect to see your fitness assessment after at least seven days’ worth of adequate fitness data has been uploaded.


Why is it important?

Regular exercise can improve your cardiorespiratory fitness and is linked to reduced risk of several chronic diseases including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer, hypertension, obesity, depression, and osteoporosis. To improve your fitness level, try working more moderate to vigorous intensity activities into your daily routine.
