If you still haven't received the email after five minutes:

  • Ensure that the email address you entered is correct.
  • Check your spam folder for the activation email.

If you still don't see the activation email in your inbox, please tap "Check profile status" in LifeQ Explorer and retry the profile activation. Alternatively, contact Support for assistance.
