- Open LifeQ Explorer on your mobile device.
- If you are currently signed in, please sign out.
- Select "Sign in" on the Welcome screen.
- Enter your email address.
- Select "Reset password" to request a password reset.
An email containing a link to reset your password will be sent to the email address you used when creating your profile.
